Excel on Windows Desktop
One of the most successful troubleshooting tips we use for a variety of common issues is to restart Excel. When Excel starts, the Artemis Sheets add-in checks if an update is available and it will show a message if that is the case. There is a good chance that your issue will be solved by updating the add-in.
You can also manually check if an update is available, by going to Resources -> Check for updates.
